Mix the perfect puffagy specialty powdered mix with water according to the usage rates found on the user manual and the side of the puffagy mix box.

Ensure the mix is free of lumps and has a thick pancake texture consistency.

Fill a squeeze bottle with the mix, leaving an inch or two at the top for rising.

Prepare the surface of the puffagy griddle by spraying with non-stick spray or applying melted butter.

Squeeze the mix into each dimple of the griddle, filling up to or just below the level of the grill.

Bake the first side for about 90 seconds or until the surface has a matte appearance.

Use a wooden skewer to flip each puffy by digging it into the side until it reaches the surface of the grill, then flip and release.

Cook the flipped side for about 30 to 40 seconds before collecting the puffages with the wooden skewer and placing them on a plate.
