1 cup besan (gram flour)
0.5 cup suji (semolina)
0.5 teaspoon green chili (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon saunf (fennel seeds)
1 teaspoon dried coriander
1 tablespoon black pepper
2 tablespoons white sesame seeds
2 tablespoons sugar
salt to taste
1 tablespoon yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons oil
water as needed

In a bowl, add 1 cup of besan and 0.5 cup of suji.

Add 0.5 teaspoon of finely chopped green chili.

Add 1 teaspoon of saunf (fennel seeds).

Add 1 teaspoon of dried coriander.

Add 1 tablespoon of black pepper.

Add 2 tablespoons of white sesame seeds.

Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and salt to taste.

Add 1 tablespoon of yogurt for fermentation.

Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to mix well with the ingredients.

Add 2 tablespoons of oil and mix the mixture thoroughly.

Gradually add water as needed to achieve the desired consistency; you can also use warm milk instead of water.

Cover the mixture and let it rest for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, add 1 tablespoon of hot oil and 0.5 teaspoon of fruit salt (baking soda).

Mix well and shape the mixture into small fritters (gota).
