1 cup besan (gram flour)
1/2 cup suji/ rava/ semolina
2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
1 tbsp coarse grounded dry coriander seeds (sukha sabut dhaniya)
1 tbsp fennel seeds (saunf)
1 tbsp sesame seeds (til)
1 tbsp coarse grounded black pepper
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp ginger-chilli paste
2 tbsp curd
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp hot oil
1/4 tsp baking soda
Salt to taste

In a mixing bowl, combine besan, suji, chopped coriander, dry coriander seeds, fennel seeds, sesame seeds, black pepper, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger-chilli paste, curd, sugar, lemon juice, hot oil, baking soda, and salt.

Mix all the ingredients well to form a batter.

Heat oil in a pan for frying.

Once the oil is hot, drop spoonfuls of the batter into the oil.

Fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides.

Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
