Kachori is a popular snack originating from India, traditionally enjoyed during festivals and special occasions. These deep-fried pastries are often filled with spiced lentils or peas, showcasing the rich culinary heritage of Indian street food. Today, kachoris have found their way into the hearts (and stomachs) of food lovers worldwide, with variations emerging in different regions, each adding a unique twist to this beloved treat.
all-purpose flour

Fresh herbs can enhance flavor without extra calories.
Boil 100 g minced meat in a pan.
Add garlic to the minced meat and mix.
Add 1 chopped onion and 1 chopped red onion to the pan.
Add gram masala and mix well.
Add salt to taste and let the minced meat cook until the water dries up.
Add a bunch of fresh coriander leaves and stir, cooking for about 2 minutes before removing from heat.
In a bowl, mix 1 cup of all-purpose flour with salt and a pinch of yellow food color.
Add water to the flour mixture to make a paste, mixing well.
Fill the mashed potatoes with the cooked minced meat, ensuring the meat is well coated with the potatoes.
Repeat the process until all are filled.
Coat the potato balls in the flour paste.
Heat oil in a pan for frying.
Fry the kachoris until crispy on the outside, avoiding low heat to prevent them from breaking and becoming oily.
Remove the kachoris from heat and serve.
