  • โ—1 tbsp chili paste
  • โ—1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • โ—1 tsp sugar
  • โ—1/2 tsp salt
  • โ—1/4 tsp black pepper
  • โ—2 green onions, chopped
  • โ—1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
  2. 2In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. 3Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sautรฉ for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. 4Add the tofu cubes to the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
  5. 5In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, chili paste, rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
  6. 6Pour the sauce over the tofu in the skillet and stir to coat evenly.
  7. 7Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  8. 8Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if using.
  9. 9Serve hot with rice or noodles.

  • โ—2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • โ—2 cloves garlic, minced
  • โ—1/2 tsp salt
  • โ—1/4 tsp black pepper
  • โ—1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
  • โ—1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. 1Rinse the Chinese broccoli under cold water and trim the ends of the stems.
  2. 2Bring a pot of water to a boil and add a pinch of salt.
  3. 3Blanch the Chinese broccoli in the boiling water for about 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
  4. 4Remove the broccoli from the pot and immediately transfer it to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
  5. 5In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  6. 6Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sautรฉ for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  7. 7Add the blanched Chinese broccoli to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  8. 8Season with salt, black pepper, and oyster sauce (if using). Stir well to combine.
  9. 9Drizzle with sesame oil and toss to coat evenly.
  10. 10Serve hot as a side dish.
