16 oz firm tofu
2 tablespoons oil
1 big pinch of salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon butter (optional)
sesame oil (for drizzling)
sesame seeds (for garnish)

Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing 3 tablespoons of samjang, 1 tablespoon of finely minced red onions, 0.5 tablespoon of finely minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, 0.5 teaspoon of so Dasa, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, and 2 tablespoons of water in a bowl.

Preheat a frying pan on high heat for about 1-2 minutes.

Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the preheated pan.

Break 16 oz of firm tofu into crumbles using your hands and spread it around the pan.

Add a big pinch of salt and 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper to the tofu.

Stir-fry the tofu on high heat for about 1 minute to warm it up.

Create space in the center of the pan and add the prepared seasoning sauce, mixing it with the tofu.
