2 liters full-fat milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios)
2 tablespoons ghee

Boil 2 liters of full-fat milk in a heavy-bottomed pan.

Stir the milk continuously to prevent it from burning.

Once the milk reduces to half, add 1/2 cup of sugar and mix well.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder and stir.

Cook the mixture until it thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.

Add 2 tablespoons of ghee and mix thoroughly.

Pour the mixture into a greased plate or tray.

Sprinkle 1/4 cup of chopped nuts on top and let it cool before cutting into pieces.
