1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup minced mint leaves
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 cucumber
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup pine nuts
