1 large yellow onion, minced
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp ras el hanout
1 (28 oz) can tomato puree
2 (14 oz) cans chickpeas, drained
2 cups water or vegetable broth
3 cups spinach
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: crumbled feta and/or cilantro, minced
