1 fresh Florida lobster
2 ounces parmesan
red bell peppers
green bell peppers
yellow bell peppers
Spanish onions
diced tomatoes
fresh thyme
butter
lime
salt

Heat 2 ounces of parmesan in a saute pan until hot enough to translucent the red, yellow, and green peppers, onions, and fresh thyme for about a minute.

Add the fresh lobster and cook until it turns orange and the meat gets firm, about two minutes.

Season with salt and crushed red pepper, then add the diced tomatoes and cook for another minute.

Fold in the butter and let it cook for about a minute until the juices blend together.

Squeeze in fresh lime and let it cook for another minute.

Place the lobster back into its original shell and serve with Bahamian peas and rice and baked macaroni and cheese.
