Boil a large pot of salted water.
Add lobster, cover, and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Remove lobster from pot and let cool.
Crack the claws and tail, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Make a paste from scraped coconut and green chili.
In a separate pan, heat coconut oil over medium heat.
Add garlic ginger paste and cook until fragrant.
Add onion and cook until golden brown.
Add tomato and add coconut, green chili paste.
Finally add turmeric, roasted curry powder and red chili powder.
Cook 5 minutes over high heat.
Add lobster pieces and garcinia, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Add coconut milk.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Add moringa leaves.
Serve immediately with rice or bread.
