Marinate the lobster by tossing the lobster pieces with lime juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.
In a clay pot or deep pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, and tomatoes. Cook until softened.
Pour in the coconut milk and seafood stock. Stir well and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
Place the marinated lobster into the stew. Cover and let it cook for about 10 minutes or until the lobster is opaque and cooked through.
Stir in the dendê oil for authentic flavor and add the cilantro, parsley, and optional chili pepper. Simmer for two more minutes.
Serve hot, pairing with Brazilian-style white rice and farofa (toasted cassava flour) for a complete meal.
