Fish Samosa

3 tbsp Oil
1 Onion, finely chopped
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 Green chili, finely chopped
1 piece Ginger, minced
A few Curry leaves
1/2 tsp Chili powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Pepper powder
Salt to taste
Juice of half a Lime
1 can Tasty Nibbles Canned Tuna, shredded
A handful of Coriander leaves, chopped
Samosa sheets
Oil for deep frying

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat.

Saute the onion, garlic, green chili, and ginger until the onions become translucent.

Stir in the curry leaves, chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add lime juice to the mixture, blending well.

Mix in the shredded Tasty Nibbles Canned Tuna and cook for another 4-5 minutes until everything is well combined.

Remove from heat and stir in chopped coriander leaves. Let the mixture cool down.

Take a samosa sheet and fold it into a cone shape.

Spoon the tuna mixture into the cone, but don't overfill.

Seal the edges of the samosa with a little water to keep the filling inside.

Heat enough oil in a deep pan to submerge the samosas.

Fry the samosas until both sides are golden brown and crispy.

Drain the samosas on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
