Fish Samosa

2 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
1 cup boneless chicken (boiled and shredded)
1 cup carrot
1 cup cabbage
1 cup capsicum
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp green chilli
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tbsp salt
oil for frying

Prepare the dough by mixing all purpose flour, 1 tbsp cooking oil, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/2 cup water until smooth. Let it rest.

In a pan, heat some oil and sauté ginger garlic paste, green chilli, and then add boiled and shredded chicken, carrot, cabbage, and capsicum. Season with black pepper and salt. Cook until vegetables are tender.

Roll out the dough and cut into circles. Fill each circle with the chicken and vegetable mixture, fold, and seal the edges.

Heat oil in a deep pan for frying. Fry the samosas until golden brown and crispy.
