Fish Samosa

2 big onions
4 green chillies
3 garlic cloves
3 tins of tuna
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
2 handfuls of coriander
3 tbsp flour
Water
Tortilla
Sauce (optional)

Chop the onions, green chillies, and garlic cloves.

In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onions until translucent.

Add the green chillies and garlic, and cook for a few more minutes.

Add the tuna to the pan and mix well with the sautéed ingredients.

Season with salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, curry powder, and chilli powder. Stir to combine.

Chop the coriander and add it to the mixture, stirring well.

In a bowl, mix the flour with enough water to form a dough.

Take a tortilla, place some of the tuna mixture in the center, and fold it to form a samosa shape.

Seal the edges of the tortilla with the flour dough.

Fry the samosas in hot oil until golden brown.
