- ●2 cups all-purpose flour

- ●1/4 cup vegetable oil
- ●1/2 cup water
- ●1 cup fish fillets (cooked and flaked)
- ●1/2 cup boiled potatoes (mashed)

- ●1 tsp cumin seeds
- ●1 tsp garam masala
- ●1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- ●1/2 tsp red chili powder
- ●1/2 tsp coriander powder
- ●Salt to taste
- ●Oil for deep frying
Instructions
- 1In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Add the vegetable oil and mix until crumbly.
- 2Gradually add water to form a smooth dough. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- 3In another bowl, mix the flaked fish, mashed potatoes, peas, cumin seeds, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well to combine.
- 4Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin circle.
- 5Cut the circle in half to form two semi-circles. Take one semi-circle and form a cone by folding it over and sealing the edge with water.
- 6Fill the cone with the fish mixture and seal the open edge by pressing it together. Repeat with the remaining dough and filling.
- 7Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the samosas in batches.
- 8Fry the samosas until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 9Serve hot with chutney or sauce of your choice.
