Fish Samosa

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp yeast
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp oil (for filling)
1 cup onion
1 1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds / powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 cup water (for filling)
1 can tuna fish / boneless fish
1/2 cup colourful bell pepper
oil for deep fry
sesame for garnish

Prepare the dough for baked samosas by mixing all-purpose flour, yeast, oil, and salt. Knead and let it rise.

For the fried samosas, mix all-purpose flour, baking powder, oil, and salt to form a dough.

In a pan, heat 3 tbsp of oil and sauté onions until translucent.

Add ginger, garlic, red chilli powder, cumin, and black pepper to the onions and cook for a few minutes.

Add the tuna fish, colourful bell pepper, and water to the mixture, stir well, and cook until combined.

Fill the samosa dough with the fish filling, shape into samosas, and deep fry until golden brown.
