2 tablespoons regular butter
1/4 cup fresh herbs (cilantro, parsley, thyme)
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
1 cup sweet peppers (pimento pepper, Italian pepper)
1 teaspoon allspice berries
1 tablespoon chummer
1 tablespoon veggie base
