Peel the breadfruit.

Slice the breadfruit.

Add all-purpose seasoning to water and soak the breadfruit for 15 minutes.

Dry the breadfruit, fold it, and secure it with sticks at the bottom and top to hold it together.

Wash the saltfish and place it in a pot for 30 minutes.

Pour off the water from the soaked saltfish and add fresh water to boil it for 15 minutes with the cover open to prevent boiling over.

Wash and cut the canned ackee, drain the water, and place it in boiling water for 5 minutes.

Add a quarter cup of oil to a pan and sauté the assorted bell peppers, scallion, and onion for 4 minutes.
