Minced chicken - 500g
Salt - 1.5 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1.5 tsp
Cinnamon powder - 1.5 tsp
Finely chopped garlic - 4 to 5
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Bread crumbs - 3/4 cup
Parsley/ coriander - 1/2 cup
Finely chopped onion - 1 medium sized
Oil - 2-3 tbsp
Juice of half a lemon
Chilli flakes - 2 tsp
Fresh cream - 2 tbsp
A handful of finely chopped coriander

In a large bowl put minced chicken, salt, pepper powder, cinnamon powder, garlic, baking powder, bread crumbs, coriander/parsley and onion.

Mix all these ingredients well.

Grease your palms and make kababs as shown in the video.

You can store them in the refrigerator for around 2 hours so that they are set properly.

Now put oil in a pan (preferably a grill pan) and heat it.

Place the kababs and shallow fry on medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes from both the sides or until they turn golden brown.

Switch off the flame when the kababs are done and squeeze the juice of half a lemon.

Sprinkle some chilli flakes too and toss them nicely.

Garnish them with fresh cream and finely chopped coriander or parsley.
