Chop onions and pepper as desired, or blend them.
Wash cow skin properly.
Add cow skin to a pot and season with salt and magiki.
Boil the cow skin until ready.
In an empty pot, add cooking oil.
Saute onions and tomatoes in the cooking oil.
Add ginger and garlic paste to the pot and mix well.
Cook until the water from the tomatoes evaporates and they are no longer sour.
Season the mixture with salt and seasoning cubes, then mix well.
If the cow skin is clean, add some of the stock to the sauce; otherwise, add plain water.
Add pepper to the pot and mix.
Finally, add more oil and mix well to finish the sauce.
