Originating from the Caribbean, fish broth is a staple in many coastal communities, often made from the day's catch. It serves as a flavorful base for soups and stews, highlighting the region's rich maritime heritage. In Trinidad and Tobago, it is commonly enjoyed as a comforting dish, especially during festive occasions.
