1

Cut up the snapper fish and set aside.

2

Prepare the seasoning by mixing green seasoning, mustard, garlic powder, and mango achar.

3

Pour the seasoning over the fish and mix well, allowing it to marinate for a few hours.

4

In a pot, melt about 3 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.

5

Add chopped onions and garlic to the melted butter and fry for a few minutes.

6

Carefully add the fish to the pot one at a time, ensuring they are placed gently to avoid breaking.

7

Cover the pot and let the fish steam in the butter for a few minutes until it releases its own water.

8

Add the remaining seasoning, including thyme, shallots, and lime juice, to the fish.

9

Pour in enough water to cover the fish and add 2 chicken cubes along with the rest of the spices.

10

Cover the pot and let it boil for a few minutes.

11

After a few minutes, lower the heat and add diced tomatoes and pumpkin to the pot.

12

Cover the pot again and let it boil for a few more minutes.

13

Taste the broth and add a teaspoon of salt if necessary, stirring gently.

14

Cover the pot and let it boil for a couple more minutes until done.

15

Open the pot to check if the fish broth is finished and plate it.
