2 cups mango pulp
1 cup condensed milk
2 cups milk powder
1/2 cup ghee (clarified butter)
1/4 cup chopped nuts (cashews, almonds)
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 tsp saffron strands (optional)
1/4 cup grated coconut (optional)

In a non-stick pan, heat the ghee over medium heat.

Add the mango pulp and condensed milk to the pan, stirring well to combine.

Cook the mixture for about 5 minutes, stirring continuously until it thickens slightly.

Gradually add the milk powder, mixing well to avoid lumps.

Continue to cook the mixture for another 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly until it starts to leave the sides of the pan.

Add the cardamom powder, saffron strands, and chopped nuts, mixing well.

If using, add the grated coconut and mix until evenly distributed.

Grease a flat plate or tray with ghee and pour the mixture onto it, spreading it evenly.

Allow it to cool for a few minutes, then cut into squares or diamond shapes.

Let it cool completely before serving.
