1 litre Milk
250 gm Sugar
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
200 gm Ada
1 Coconut grated
3 tbsp Ghee
15 Cardamom
1 1/2 inch dry Ginger
15 Cashew nuts
15-20 Raisins
1/2 tsp roasted Cumin powder
1 pinch Salt

Boil the milk in a pot.

Add the sugar and stir until dissolved.

Mix in the baking powder and Ada, and cook until the Ada is soft.

Add the grated coconut, ghee, cardamom, and dry ginger, and mix well.

Stir in the cashew nuts and raisins, and cook for a few more minutes.

Add the roasted cumin powder and salt, and mix well before serving.
