Water - 500 ml
Sago pearl - 1/4 cup
Palada mix - 200g
Condensed milk - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1 pinch
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Cashew nuts - 1/4 cup

Boil the water and add the sago pearls, cooking until they become translucent.

In a separate pot, heat the ghee and add the cashew nuts, frying until golden brown for tempering.

Add the palada mix to the boiling water with sago and stir well.

Pour in the milk and condensed milk, mixing thoroughly.

Add a pinch of salt to taste and let it simmer until the desired consistency is reached.
