1/2 teaspoon garam masala
2 teaspoons garlic paste
2 teaspoons ginger paste
3 lemons (juice)
2 to 2.5 tablespoons mustard oil

Wash the fish in water with a little vinegar for 5 to 6 minutes and then remove it.

In a bowl, add 2 teaspoons of salt, 2 teaspoons of paprika powder, 1 tablespoon of red chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon of carom seeds, and 1/2 teaspoon of roasted cumin seeds.

Add 1 tablespoon of crushed coriander seeds, 1 teaspoon of chili flakes, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala to the bowl.

Add 2 teaspoons of garlic paste, 2 teaspoons of ginger paste, and juice from 3 lemons to the spice mixture.

Add 2 to 2.5 tablespoons of mustard oil and mix all the spices together to create the masala.

Coat the fish pieces with the masala on one side, then flip and coat the other side as well.
