Egg Drop Soup Indian Style

Welcome to the kitchen, today we will make egg soup.
Chop 3 cloves of garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, and tomato.
In a kadhai, add 2 tablespoons of butter and heat it.
Add the chopped garlic and sauté for 1 minute on medium flame.
Add chopped onions and sauté for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Add the chopped tomato and cook with onions for 5 minutes on medium flame until the tomato is soft.
Add 2 cups of water and salt to taste.
Add half a teaspoon of black pepper powder and mix well.
Bring it to a boil on high flame.
Once boiling, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and mix it in.
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl and slowly pour them in while stirring continuously.
Cook on high flame for 2 minutes until the egg thickens.
In a bowl, take 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and mix it with a little water to create a slurry.
Reduce the flame to medium and gradually add the cornstarch slurry while mixing.
Cook for another 2 minutes on medium flame until thickened.
Finally, add chopped coriander leaves and mix well before serving.
