Prepare the ingredients and tools.

Grind the garlic, salt, and optional cayenne peppers together.

Add 2 cups of rice and mix well.

Add 1 egg white, 5 tbsp tapioca flour, 3 tbsp wheat flour, and 5 tbsp cooking oil into the mixture and knead until smooth.

Boil the dough in boiling water until they float, about 15 minutes.

Prepare the sauce by adding water, 1/2 palm sugar, tamarind, and optional cayenne pepper in a wok pan and stir well.
