1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Kaffir Lime Leaves
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Salt or To Taste
1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
2 C Desiccated Coconut
150 ml Water
100 Gr Green Bean
1 Large Carrot
1/4 Sliced Pointy / White Cabbage
100 Gr Bean Sprouts

Prepare the vegetables by washing and cutting them as needed.

Steam the green beans, carrot, and bean sprouts until tender.

In a pan, heat the cooking oil and sauté the seeded chilli, small chillies (if using), garlic, brown sugar, kaffir lime leaves, turmeric powder, and salt until fragrant.

Add the desiccated coconut and water to the pan, stirring well to combine and heat through.

Serve the steamed vegetables topped with the spicy shredded coconut dressing.
