Take 1 cup of wheat flour.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the flour.

Gradually add water to knead the dough until smooth.

Make small balls from the dough.

Roll one ball between your hands and flatten it on a flat surface until very thin.

Repeat rolling for the remaining dough balls.

Place the rolled dough on a hot tava (griddle).

Cook on low flame for 1 minute.

Flip the khakhra after 1 minute and cook until crispy on both sides.

Remove from the tava and let it cool.

Store in an airtight container.
