60ml hot oil (heated)

Prepare the dumpling dough by mixing the plain flour, salt, ghee or butter, and water until a smooth dough forms. Let it rest.

Chop the cabbage, onions, pointed peppers, carrots, and garlic finely.

In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the chopped vegetables until soft. Add salt, coriander seeds, black pepper, paprika powder, and sumach. Mix well and remove from heat.

Roll out the dough and cut into circles. Place a spoonful of the vegetable filling in the center of each circle.

Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges to form dumplings.

Steam the dumplings until cooked through.

For the chili sauce, blend the tomato, chilies, garlic, coriander, salt, apple cider vinegar, dried onions, paprika powder, chili flakes, and hot oil until smooth.
