0.5 teaspoon turmeric
0.5 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon besan
1 green onion
2 green chilies
3 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
a pinch of red chili powder
a pinch of black pepper
a pinch of chaat masala

Add 1 cup all-purpose flour and 0.5 teaspoon turmeric, 0.5 teaspoon salt into a bowl.

Pour in 0.5 cup water and mix well to form a dough; knead for about 5 minutes.

Grease the dough with 1 teaspoon oil and cover it; let it rest for 30 minutes.

Chop cabbage finely and prepare other vegetables including 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 green onion, and 2 green chilies.

Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a pan; add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Add green chilies and fry well.

Add chopped cabbage and cook for 2-3 minutes, covering the pan.

After 2-3 minutes, mix well and cover for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are soft.

Add chopped green onion and mix well for 2-3 minutes.

Season with 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 0.5 teaspoon black pepper, and mix well; the filling is ready.

Roll out the rested dough into thin circles, add 1 tablespoon filling in the center.

Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges tightly.

Grease a pan and place the momos with some space between them.

Boil water in a separate pot and place the pan with momos over it; steam for about 10 minutes.

Prepare dipping sauce by mixing 3 tablespoons chili ketchup, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar, a pinch of red chili powder, black pepper, and chaat masala.
