Instructions

  1. 1Prepare dough by mixing all-purpose flour and water until smooth; knead for 5-7 minutes.
  2. 2Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. 3Finely chop cabbage, carrots, peas, onions, ginger, and garlic.
