3 tablespoons fresh cream
1 tablespoon dried fenugreek leaves

In a large bowl, take 3-4 tablespoons of yogurt.

Add 1 tablespoon of flour, 2 pinches of turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon of carom seeds, 1 tablespoon of Living Don't Kitchen King Masala, salt to taste, and 1 tablespoon of oil. Mix well.

Add cauliflower pieces to the marinade and coat them well. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, shallow fry the marinated cauliflower until golden and crispy. Remove from the pan.

In the remaining oil, add 1 chopped onion and 1 chopped bell pepper. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1 tablespoon of Living Don't Kitchen King Masala, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon of butter, and 1/4 teaspoon of coriander powder. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until the spices are well cooked.

Add the pureed tomato to the pan and mix well. Then add the leftover yogurt marinade from the cauliflower and mix thoroughly.

Cover and cook on low heat for about 2-3 minutes.

Add 1 chopped tomato and the previously shallow-fried cauliflower to the pan. Add water as needed to adjust the consistency and cover to cook for 3-4 minutes.

After cooking, add 3 tablespoons of fresh cream and 1 tablespoon of dried fenugreek leaves. Mix well and serve hot with parathas.
