Cut Gobi florets into pieces.

In a bowl, combine hung curd, turmeric powder, kasuri methi, cumin powder, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, black salt, amchur powder, dry ginger powder, mustard oil, and Kashmiri chilli powder to create a marinade.

Add the Gobi florets to the marinade and coat evenly. Let it marinate for a while.

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat and sauté chopped onion, capsicum, and spices (cumin seeds, fennel seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and peppercorns) until fragrant.

Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.

Add marinated Gobi to the pan and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.

Mix in coriander powder, tomato ketchup, sugar, corn flour, and fresh cream, and simmer for a few minutes until well combined.
