Start by preparing the ingredients: measure out 500 grams of all-purpose flour, 250 grams of margarine, 250 ml of guaraná, and 2 egg yolks.
For the filling, use 1 kg of cleaned shrimp, 1 medium onion chopped, 2 ripe tomatoes peeled and chopped, and 500 grams of canned palm heart, chopped.
Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, chopped green onion, chopped cilantro, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1/2 tablespoon of paprika.
In a pot over low heat, add some olive oil and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, then add the chopped tomatoes and palm heart, stirring well.
Next, add the shrimp and cook until they change color, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Once the shrimp are cooked, sprinkle in the cornstarch and mix well to thicken the filling, adding a bit of water if necessary.
Remove from heat and let the filling cool slightly before adding the cream cheese and mixing well.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, margarine, egg yolks, and guaraná, mixing until it forms a dough.
If the dough is too sticky, add more flour gradually until it is smooth and not sticking to your hands.
Divide the dough in half and roll out one half to fit the bottom and sides of a large baking dish.
Fill the crust with the cooled shrimp mixture, then roll out the second half of the dough to cover the top.
Seal the edges of the pie and brush the top with a mixture of egg yolk and oil for a golden finish.
Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown, about 30-35 minutes.
