Laddoos are a beloved Indian sweet, traditionally made during festivals and celebrations. Originating from various regions across India, they symbolize prosperity and are often offered as prasad in temples. Each region has its own variations, from the chickpea flour-based besan laddoo to the coconut laddoo, showcasing the diversity of Indian sweets. Today, laddoos are enjoyed worldwide, often made for special occasions or as a delightful treat.

Water can be used to adjust consistency without adding calories.
Sieve the gram flour into a bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda and oil to the sieved flour.
Gradually add water until the dough is not like batter or chapati dough.
Apply 1 teaspoon of oil to the dough and cover it for 15 minutes to rest.
In a pan, pour water and add sugar, then cook on high flame for 15 minutes until it becomes sticky.
Once the syrup is ready, turn off the heat.
Heat oil in a separate pan for frying.
Use a noodle machine to fill the dough and press it into the hot oil to create noodles.
Fry the noodles for about 2 minutes until golden and then remove them.
Crush the fried noodles in a food processor or a Ziploc bag using a rolling pin until they are about 70% ground.
Add approximately 80% of the syrup to the crushed noodles, mixing well, and let it sit for half an hour to absorb the syrup.
After the mixture has absorbed the syrup, add cashew nuts to the mixture.
Apply a small amount of oil to your palms and take approximately 1/4 cup of the mixture to press and roll into ladoos.
After finishing all the ladoos, leave them for 15 minutes to dry out.
After 15 minutes, roll the ladoos one more time to make them smooth.
