1 teaspoon salt

1 cup heavy cream
2 carrots, diced
1 lb salmon, cut into pieces
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh dill, for garnish

Press the Saute button of your Instant Pot and let it heat for 3 minutes.

Add the oil and cook the onion and leeks for about 3-4 minutes or until soft.

Add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute, stirring to keep it from browning.

Transfer about half of the veggies to a blender cup and reserve.

Stir in the broth and cauliflower.

Cancel the Saute function, lock the lid, turn the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for about 4 minutes.

Release the pressure quickly and transfer all the cauliflower and about one cup of the broth to the blender.

Add the reserved sautéed onion and leeks to the blender, along with cayenne, salt, pepper, and heavy cream.

Add cooked carrots if not on a low carb diet, and blend until smooth for creaminess.

Press the Saute button and add the blended veggies back to the Instant Pot.

Add the salmon and sliced carrots if not on a low carb diet.
