Marinate 250 grams of boneless chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and 1 to 2 teaspoons of soy sauce. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.

Prepare a sauce mixture by combining 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of fish sauce, and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Mix well and set aside.

In a wide kadai or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of oil.
