1/2 pound of Corvina Fish
1/2 pound of shrimp
1/2 cup of celery chopped up
1 1/2 cups of onions
1 small habanero pepper or half of a pepper
1/4 cup of cilantro chopped very fine
1 cup of lemon juice
1/3 cup of lemon juice

Place the Corvina fish and shrimp in a glass bowl.

Cover all the ingredients with lemon juice immediately after placing them in the bowl.

Refrigerate for a minimum of 24 hours.

After the ceviche is done, add salt to taste before serving.

Optionally, drain some of the lemon juice before serving.
