2 tablespoons flour

1 cup milk
1/2 cup fennel (diced)
1 cup carrot (diced)
1 cup celery root (diced)
1 cup leek (sliced)
1 cup frozen peas
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Peel the shrimp, set heads aside.
