2 cups basmati rice
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 habanero pepper
2 teaspoons thyme
4 scallions

Wash the goat meat and season with all-purpose complete curry powder and green seasoning, then marinate (overnight if possible).

Heat oil in a pot, add pimento seeds, garlic, and ginger, and toast for a bit with curry powder.

Once the juices are absorbed, add hot boiling water and cover to cook until the meat is tender.
