Place veggies & noodles over the bottom third of the rice paper, leaving about 2 inches uncovered on each side.

Roll up the paper halfway from the bottom while holding shrimps with middle fingers gently.

Keep rolling the paper into a tight cylinder to seal.

Repeat with remaining wrappers.

Do not lay rolls over each other on a plate.
