1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup honey
1 cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic glaze
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup sugar

Blend dry chili, fresh chili, cinnamon powder, garlic powder, salt, honey, and water until smooth.

Transfer blended mixture to a bowl.
