1 lb soft stockfish

2 cups fresh tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon Maggi seasoning
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon shrimp powder
2 bay leaves
3 tablespoons olive oil for frying

Soak the hard stockfish in hot water for about 30 minutes.

Clean the fish and marinate it with salt, covering it for about 15 minutes.

Blend the red bell pepper, dehydrated bell peppers, scotch bonnet, onions, garlic, ginger, and fresh tomatoes together.

Fry onions and garlic in oil to add flavor before frying the fish.
