1/8 tsp allspice

1/4 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup oat milk
1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt (topping)
1 tbsp chopped apple (topping)
1 tbsp freshly grated carrot (topping)
1 tbsp raisins (topping)
1 sprinkle cocoa nibs

In a 12 oz jar, add rolled oats, chia seeds, sea salt, vanilla, maple syrup, Greek yogurt, allspice, shredded apple & shredded carrot.

Add the oat milk to the mixture and stir all of the ingredients thoroughly, making sure no dry pockets remain. The chia seeds, apple and carrot should be evenly dispersed.

Cover the jar and refrigerate the mixture overnight. This allows the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquid, resulting in a deliciously thick and creamy texture. The apple and carrot will also start to absorb the milk overnight.

When morning arrives, check to see if you like the consistency and add more oat milk if desired.
