1 cup semolina
1/3 cup desicated coconut
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp butter
3-4 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup curd
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
lemon juice
almond

Preheat the oven.

In a mixing bowl, combine semolina, maida, desicated coconut, baking powder, sugar, and vanilla essence.

Add eggs, butter, olive oil, and curd to the dry ingredients and mix well.

Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.

In a saucepan, combine water and sugar to make sugar syrup, adding lemon juice to taste.
