Whole Garam Masala (Clove, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Black Pepper)
2-3 Green Chilies
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder

Heat oil in a pan and add the bay leaf, cumin seeds, and whole garam masala. Sauté until fragrant.

Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.

Stir in ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute.

Add chopped tomato and cook until soft.

Add green chilies, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder, and garam masala powder. Mix well.

Add cauliflower florets and water. Stir to combine.
