1 tsp cumin seeds

2 tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.

Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and the oil separates.

Mix in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, and salt. Stir well to combine.

Add the cauliflower florets and mix until they are well coated with the spices.
